This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and W&L Consulting ("Company"). By using W&L Consulting App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use W&L Consulting App for personal or business purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS: You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software.

3. NO WARRANTY: W&L Consulting App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of W&L Consulting App.

5. TERMINATION: The Company may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms.
